Experience the Joy of High Holy Days

As we approach the High Holy Days, a time of reflection and renewal, Beth Emeth offers a place for you to connect with your spirituality and deepen your understanding of Judaism.

  • Rosh Hashanah: Join us for a joyous celebration of the Jewish New Year. We'll sound the shofar, a powerful trumpet, and enjoy traditional foods symbolizing a sweet new year. Special programming is available for children of all ages, making this a meaningful experience for the whole family.

  • Yom Kippur: The Day of Atonement is a time for introspection and forgiveness. Beth Emeth provides a warm and supportive environment for you to observe this solemn day.

Let the Lights of Chanukah Shine Bright

Chanukah, the festival of lights, fills our hearts with warmth and joy.

  • Light the Menorah Together: We'll gather to light the menorah at our festive Chanukah Shabbat service followed by a wonderful brisket dinner!

  • Mitzvah Menorah: Give back to the community by participating in our Mitzvah Menorah project, where you can choose a gift request and help those in need.

  • Festive Fun: Join us for our annual Chanukah Basket Raffle, a fun way to raise money for our religious school.

Purim: A Time for Wacky Fun and Heroic Deeds

Purim explodes with joyous energy! Dress up in your most creative costume, rattle your groggers, and join us for a Purim Spiel unlike any other. This playful performance by our clergy and staff retells the story of Esther in a way that's both fun and engaging for all ages. We'll also have a Purim Carnival filled with games and laughter - the perfect way to celebrate this wacky and wonderful holiday!

Passover: A Journey of Freedom and Family

Passover is a time to remember the Israelites' exodus from Egypt and celebrate the gift of freedom. We gather for a special Seder meal filled with symbolic foods, stories, and traditions. Beth Emeth offers educational programs for all ages, making Passover a meaningful learning experience for the whole family.
