Erev Shabbat Services

Join us on Friday evenings at 5:30 pm for a joyful Shabbat service filled with song, prayer, and community spirit. It's the perfect way to unwind from the week and connect with something bigger. Special events may have different start times, so be sure to check our calendar. The first Friday of every month is Ruach Shabbat with our Ruach Shabbat band, featuring either a grade from our Religious School or our Junior Choir. Come celebrate with us!

Saturday Mornings

  • Torah Study (9:30 am): Delve into the weekly Torah portion in a lively and open discussion. No prior knowledge needed, just an eagerness to learn! This program is free and open to everyone.

  • Shabbat Services with B'nai Mitzvah (10:45 am): Celebrate this special coming-of-age ceremony with a meaningful Shabbat service.

Remembering Loved Ones

We honor the memory of loved ones by reading Yahrzeits during Friday night and Saturday B'nai Mitzvah services. Contact us in the clergy office to add a Yahrzeit or change the reading date (ClergyAdmin@CBEAlbany.org).
