More about the facilitator:

Charlee Peters, Certified Sound Healing Practitioner | Owner, Good Vibes Sound Healing, will be leading the Sound Bowl Journey. Charlee Peters is a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner and the founder of Delmar's first sound healing studio, creating a unique space dedicated to restoration, mindfulness, and intentional self-care. Through the use of therapeutic sound and vibration, sound healing offers an opportunity to quiet the constant noise of everyday life, encourage deep relaxation, and bring greater awareness to the body and present moment. Her work invites participants to experience self-care in a different way. Not through doing more, but through creating space to pause, listen, breathe, and simply be. By introducing sound healing to the Capital Region community, Charlee is helping create a new pathway toward relaxation and inner connection, reminding us that sometimes healing begins when we allow ourselves to become still.
