Sisterhood and Brotherhood Member Brunch

Details

Join us for the annual Sisterhood and Brotherhood Membership Brunch!

This program is free for Sisterhood and Brotherhood members and $12/person for guests. You can apply this amount towards your membership of $36. The Brotherhood Crew is preparing a delicious brunch including French toast, bagels, cream cheese and lox, tuna salad, herring in sour cream, and fruit. The Sisterhood will be preparing and donating kugel and quiche.

Our featured guest will be Chef Gail Sokol who will be demonstrating one of her special recipes. Chef Gail Sokol is an award-winning chef and educator for over 25 years. She is the author of "About Professional Baking" and "Baking with Success". She served as an Instructor in Schenectady County Community College's culinary department and the Sage College's Nutrition Department. Chef Sokol has been featured on television, radio, and podcasts. She is a regular guest on WAMC radio and is the host of the podcast "Baking Radio." She is a content creator on YouTube; her channel, @GailSokol, features hundreds of recipes and how-to videos, and has over 14,000 subscribers and 2 million views. Gail's website, ChefGailSokol.com, has numerous recipes and baking tips.

Additionally, at the event, we will be collecting new mittens, gloves, hats, and scarves to be given out by the St. Vincent's Food Pantry. Also, we are collecting blanks (no comforters), dry cat and dog food, and dog treats for the Hudson Mohawk Humane Society.

Register by December 2! Thank you.
