Bulletin Submission Deadlines & Guidelines

We want to share a friendly reminder about how our CBE Bulletin is prepared and to help ensure your announcements, celebrations, and tributes appear in the issue you are hoping for.
Our Bulletin is finalized and sent to print approximately one month before it is distributed. Because of this, all submissions must be received well in advance of the month in which you receive the bulletin.

Donations & Beautifications:

Donations and Beautifications for each Bulletin must be submitted by the 1st of the month prior to the Bulletin's release date. For example, if you would like a Beautification or donation to appear in the January Bulletin, it must be received by December 1. Submissions received after December 1 will be included in the following issue, in this case, the February Bulletin.

Mazal Tovs & Yahrzeits:

Mazal Tovs and Yahrzeit notices also need to be submitted one month prior to the Bulletin's publication date. Please keep the advance printing schedule in mind when submitting these notices so we can ensure they appear in the appropriate issue.

2026 - 2027 Submission Deadlines:

For your Donations, Beautifications, Mazal Tovs, and Yahrzeits, please follow the below submission deadlines:

January 2027 Bulletin: Submissions due by December 1

February 2027 Bulletin: Submissions due by January 1

March 2027 Bulletin: Submissions due by February 1

April 2027 Bulletin: Submissions due by March 1

May 2027 Bulletin: Submissions due by April 1

June / July 2027 Bulletin: Submissions due by May 1
