Celebrate the Birthday of the Trees!

This program is for our youngest congregants, ages 0–5, and the grown-ups who love them.

Join us for a morning of wonder as we celebrate Tu BiShvat, the Jewish birthday of the trees! This special holiday is a time for us to think about our beautiful planet and how we can plant "seeds for the future"—both literal seeds in the ground and "seeds of justice" in our hearts.

Through song, play, and a hands-on craft, we will explore the themes of growth and environmental stewardship using all of our senses. Our time together will include:

• Music & Movement: Joyful singing to welcome the holiday.
• Storytime: An engaging tale about the patience and love it takes to care for our world.
• Creative Crafting: A tactile project where our littlest ones can get their hands dirty and bring a piece of the holiday home to watch it grow.

Whether we are imagining the shade of a carob tree or planting greens to nurture for the coming spring, this program is the perfect way to experience the magic of Tu BiShvat as a family. We can't wait to grow with you!
