The Sisterhood is proud to present "Sheriff's Women & Tactics" (S.W.A.T.) a powerful self-defense program designed by experienced law enforcement professionals, specifically for women and girls in our community.
Classes 1 & 2 (one session) will be on Wednesday, April 23 and Class 3 will be on Wednesday, April 30. Both classes will be from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
We understand the importance of feeling safe and prepared. This program provides practical, effective strategies to navigate real-world situations, including domestic concerns and public encounters involving male aggressors.

Who's Welcome?
- This program is designed for all who identify as female, including gender-nonconforming, genderqueer, and transgender individuals.
- Teen girls of all backgrounds are warmly encouraged to participate.
Important Information:
- Participants under 18 require a parent/guardian waiver.
- Physical training (classes 2 & 3) is for ages 15+.
- All ages are welcome to attend the awareness presentation (class 1). They can leave early before class 2 if they are underage. Thank you!
